Take a sample from the process (in the culture vessel).
There are two possible approaches:
a) Confirm the sampling (generate a time stamp), carry out
a laboratory measurement of the pH value for the sam-
ple, enter the measured value and carry out product cali-
bration.
OR:
b) Confirm the sampling (generate a time stamp), leave the
calibration menu and carry out the product calibration
with an external measured value at a later time.
Variant a)
Procedure
1.
Press
CONFIRM
.
The date and time of the sampling are now displayed.
2.
Carry out a laboratory measurement of the pH value for the
sample.
3.
Enter the measured pH value of the sample, in the example to
the left, pH 4.
4.
Press
CALIBRATE
to begin calibration.
5.
Wait until the calibration is complete.
6.
Confirm the calibration with
OK
and leave the menu.
