- The routing of the pipe should be as regular as possible. A minimum permissible
bending radius must be respected, and narrowing avoided in the section.

- The supports to fix the new pipe must be approved or supplied by HMC, and the
maximum distance between them should be 1000 mm.

- The exhaust pipe must be welded so that the exhaust gas cannot escape.
