dimensions must be taken into account, depending on the towing hook type.

The rigid spear transmits the static vertical loads to the coupling device and to the
drawbar, and in the braking phase or in the oscillations caused by the road surface,
the dynamic vertical loads. Through the coupling device, these loads produce in

creases of the torsion efforts on the rear-crossbar of the vehicle, as well as the
flexion efforts on the rear overhang.
