Procedure
Step 1 Install cabinet electronic clasp lock cables according to the cabinet electronic clasp
lock layout.
1. Cascade the cabinet electronic clasp locks of odd- and even-numbered
cabinets hand-in-hand respectively.
2. Connect one end of the network cable to the RS485_IN port on the electronic
clasp lock of the first cabinet among odd-numbered cabinets, and the other
end to the COM2 port on the ECC800-Pro.
3. Connect one end of another network cable to the RS485_IN port on the
electronic clasp lock of the first cabinet among even-numbered cabinets, and
the other end to the COM3 port on the ECC800-Pro.

4.5 Routing Power Cables for the PAD and WiFi Module
Prerequisites
The PAD and PAD power cable have been installed.
Context
NO TE
The PAD is installed at the end of a row. When the PDF is deployed inside the row, the PAD
power cable needs to be connected to the PAD through the PDF.
Procedure
Step 1 Connect the PAD and WiFi module to the USB port on the ECC800-Pro using a 2.8
m one-to-two cable. The following figure shows the cabling routes.
