Procedure
Step 1 Power on the PDB.
1. Switch on the SPD circuit breaker in the PDB.
2. Turn on the upstream power input switch to power on the PDB.
3. Check that the voltage and frequency are within the normal ranges.
NO TE
Measure the line voltage at the customer input side using a multimeter. The line
voltage should be in the range of 342–456 V.
Measure the frequency at the customer input side using a multimeter. In the 50 Hz
scenario, the frequency should be in the range of 47–53 Hz. In the 60 Hz scenario, the
frequency should be in the range of 57-63 Hz.
4. Turn on the input switch in the PDB.
Step 2 (Optional) Switch on the lighting output circuit breaker in the PDB and check
whether the PWR indicator on the fusion module actuator lights up. Press the
lighting button to power on the lights.
Step 3 Switch on the output circuit breakers for smart cooling products in the PDB to
power on the smart cooling products.
Step 4 Switch on the upstream input circuit breaker (UPS output circuit breaker outside
the smart module) for the NMW to power on the NMW.
1. Check that the voltage and frequency are within the normal ranges.

2. Switch on the input circuit breaker of the NMW.
Step 5 Switch on the network cabinet output circuit breaker in the power distribution unit
of the NMW and switch on the rPDU input circuit breaker in the network cabinet
to power on the network cabinet.
Step 6 Switch on the IT cabinet output circuit breakers in the power distribution unit of
the NMW one by one and switch on the rPDU input circuit breakers in the IT
cabinets to power on the IT cabinets.

● When switching on an output circuit breaker, check whether the mapping between the
circuit breaker and the downstream device is consistent with that in the design drawing.
● Do not switch on the reserved circuit breakers.
● When switching on the circuit breakers, observe whether there is any abnormal
phenomenon, such as sparks or unsmooth switching.
Step 7 The Branch Disconnected alarm generated for a reserved circuit breaker can be
masked on the ECC800-Pro WebUI. To mask alarms, choose Monitoring > Power
