As a
PLANE
function, the
PLANE RELATIVE
is effective
in the workpiece coordinate system and aligns the
working plane coordinate system.
The values of additive tilting always relate to the current
working plane coordinate system.
The
Global Program Settings
function (option
44) additionally provides the
Rotation (WPL-CS)
transformation. This transformation is added to the
rotation (Cycle 10
ROTATION
) that is defined in the NC
program.
The result of transformations built up on each other
depends on the programming sequence.
Without active transformations in the working plane
coordinate system, the position and orientation of the
input coordinate system and working plane coordinate
system are identical.
There are also no transformations in the workpiece
coordinate system on 3-axis machine tools or with pure
3-axis machining. The
BASE TRANSFORM.
values of the
active line of the preset table have a direct effect on the
input coordinate system with this assumption.
