Squareness error compensation (SEC)
Squareness error compensation (SEC)
enables angular errors to be compensated
during measuring point acquisition. The compensation factor is determined by
comparing the deviation of the actual measurement result from the nominal angle of
the spatial axes. The compensation factor is applied to the entire measuring range.
