1) It is suggested to connect G-modules one by one to the network in order to distinguish them in
the system.
2) Please make sure the wire connection of G module, computer, router, exchanger and other
related devices is normal.
3) After finishing installing the software, please click System -> Settings and then set Default network
adapter interface options.
4) If the computer is installed with firewall, you can add release rules for this program in firewall
(release VRF Service in root directory of the program).
When determining the number of internal / external machines, the number of G modules and the
actual match, enter the expert -> project management, click Generate net tree. Now you can use this
software to control devices.
The project tree is the user-edited machine tree relationship. Click on the right side of the project
settings page Create to create a project tree node. Then check the item in the network tree and select
the node you want to add to the project tree, click Add to project tree on the top left of the page to add
the machine to the project tree. After completing the above operation, you can use all the functions.
Relationship between actual installed IDU and the IDU in the system:
IDU name displayed in net tree consists of prefix (Indoor) + G-module ID + _ + Engineering No.
Engineering No. is corresponding to the number displayed on the wired controller.
1) If G module quantity is missing, please inspect the net environment which G module is in and G
module configuration.
2) When error of IDU engineering number conflict (C5) occurs, the system will not display correct
unit quantity. After removing this error, please enter System -> Settings to execute Reset system and
then enter Expert -> Project management to execute Generate net tree again.
3) If there are several systems in the same G module, please make sure engineering number in this
G module is not reduplicate. The unit cannot find IDU engineering number conflict (C5) except its system
(Phenomenon: IDU quantity is less than actual quantity).
4) If IDU and ODU quantity is inconsistent with actual condition, please inspect unit communication.
5) After using Generate net tree function, you are recommended to delete project tree and then
create a new one.

Don’t use Generate net tree frequently in a short time.
