Click debugging completed item twice to terminate unit debugging course and empty the information
on debugging procedure.
4) Debugging procedure
The debugging software is used to receive relevant information sent by master control. The
debugging function is managed by master control program. Debugging schedule displayed on master
control board is the previous step of actual debugging schedule, e.g.: debugging schedule 01 displayed
on master control program means the second step for unit debugging step. When confirming to enter the
next debugging step, it takes 3s for the master control program to respond, therefore, while conducting
unit debugging, after clicking CONFIRM for each step, wait at least 3s for the master control board to
respond. It is normal to take 3s-5min for step 1-8 during unit debugging process.
When errors occur in the following steps, check wiring artificially, restart the debugging steps after
confirmation.
Debugging schedule 1: unit error test;
Click START DEBUGGING to enter Schedule 1. If the unit is normal, it will not display, otherwise, it
displays. For more error information, please check in error protection interface.
Debugging schedule 2: module quantity confirmation for outdoor unit;
The user click CONFIRM, which indicates online outdoor unit quantity is consistent with actual
installation; enter the next schedule.
If the display is inconsistent with actual installation, after checking unit wiring artificially, restart the
debugging steps.
Debugging schedule 3: quantity confirmation of indoor unit;
The user click CONFIRM, which indicates online indoor unit quantity is consistent with actual
installation; enter the next schedule.
If the display is inconsistent with actual installation, after checking unit wiring artificially, restart the
debugging steps.
Debugging schedule 4: Confirm outdoor unit valve is open;
Open outdoor unit valve, click CONFIRM and enter the next schedule.
Debugging schedule 5: Pre-heat confirmation for compressor;
If pre-heat of compressor is not completed, click CONFIRM, it will dispay
―Pre-heat time for
compressor is not enough, startup might damage the compressor
‖, at this time, click CONFIRM to enter
the next schedule; then update pre-heat time for compressor every half an hour. If pre-heat is completed,
then it will enter the next step automatically.
Debugging schedule 6: refrigerant capacity test before starup;
If lacking refrigerant protection is normal, then enter the next step; if error occur, it will display
―insufficient refrigerant, please supplement it‖.
Debugging schedule 7: manual/auto charging confirmation period;
Select corresponding charging method and click CONFIRM to enter the next step. The default
method is manual charging.
