To create a check point :
1.) Navigate to Utility (second page) > Service > Utilities > Checkpoints .
2.) Under Create Checkpoints , from Action , select the action.
3.) In Comment , enter notes for the checkpoint.
4.) If this is a checkpoint for service, select Service Checkpoint .
5.) Click Save .
