The clock generation block consists of five blocks:
• System clock generation circuit/sub-clock generation circuit
• PLL multiplier circuit
• Clock selector
• Clock selection register (CKSCR)
• PLL/sub-clock control register (PSCCR)
• Oscillation stabilization wait interval selector
