If the default cost is set to “0,” the router will not advertise a default route into
the attached stub.

This command summarizes the routes advertised by an Area Border Router (ABR).

area-id
- Identifies an area for which the routes are summarized. The area ID
can be in the form of an IPv4 address or as a four octet unsigned integer
ranging from 0-4294967295.
ipv6-prefix
- A full IPv6 address including the network prefix and host
address bits.
prefix-length
- A decimal value indicating how many contiguous bits (from
the left) of the address comprise the prefix (i.e., the portion of the address
to summarize).
advertise
- Advertises the specified address range.
not-advertise
- The summary is not sent, and the routes remain hidden
from the rest of the network.
