Event Logging

logging host
This command adds a syslog server host IP address that will receive logging
messages. Use the
no
form to remove a syslog server host.
Syntax
logging host
host-ip-address

udp-port
]

host-ip-address
host-ip-address
- The IPv4 or IPv6 address of a syslog server.
udp-port
- The UDP port number used by the remote server.
(Range: 1-65535)

The maximum number of host IP addresses allowed is five.
