When the autoreclose logic is in Lockout mode, it will stay locked
until it is reset. Once enabled, the reset option has seven options
that reflect combinations of UI (referred to front panel through
the Reset menu), COMM (through software such as PowerNet),
and CIN (through contact input) reset requests.

When a request of resetting autoreclose lockout is initiated, the
autoreclose logic will transit from Lockout to Ready mode after
the Lockout-to-Ready reset timer is expired. The resetting lockout
process will be aborted when either overcurrent protections
pickup or a manual/remote closing is performed.
