The push-button on the WSU fl ashes green = start process with
start fi lling. The push-button of the WSU is constantly green =
normal operation.
After switching on the dental unit, the water separation unit goes
into normal operation after approximately 50 seconds; water
release is enabled.
Intensive fl ushing is activated by a double click on the
push-button. The WSU button lights up
permanently blue during the phase of double dosage.
When the rinsing is activated, the WSU button fl ashes
green-blue. When the rinsing process is fi nished, the
button lights up permanently green. The return to normal
operation is indicated on the display.
When the push-button of the WSU fl ashes yellow, DK-DOX 150 must be
refi lled. You can continue to work without restriction and interruption until the
treatment unit is restarted.
The push-button of the WSU fl ashes red-blue after a restart of
thetreatment unit. DK-DOX 150 must be refi lled!
Caution! Continued operation without DK-DOX 150 only possible
after confi rmationby briefl y pressing the button.
If DK-DOX 150 is not refi lled, the button of the WSU indicates
this by fl ashing yellow after the start phase.
Water Separation Unit (WSU)
The water separation unit meets the requirements of ISO 7494-2 and EN 1717 (free outlet with
separation distance ≥ 20 mm). It is intrinsically safe in accordance with DVGW (GermanTechnical
and Scientifi c Association for Gas and Water) worksheet 540 and also meets the requirements of
W270 and KTW (guideline for hygienic assessment of organic materials in contact with drinking
water). It can be directly connected to the public drinking water supply. The water separation unit is a
downstream dosing unit for the maintenance of the quality of the supplied water.
The LED button for the WSU is on the cuspidor. The WSU is started
automatically by the control system of the dental unit. A manual start of the
WSU is only necessary when the corresponding push-button signal is
received.
