When routing traffic, the next hop is determined according to the longest
prefix match (LPM algorithm). A destination IPv4 address may match
multiple routes in the IPv4 Static Route table. The switch uses the matched
route with the longest prefix match.
To add an IPv4 static route:

Add
to add a destination, and enter the fields:

Destination IP Prefix
— Enter the destination IPv4 prefix. If all zeros
are entered, this represents a default route.

Network Mask
— Select the destination IPv4 mask.

Prefix Length
— Select the length of the destination IPv4 address
prefix.
