Redirection
The remapping of bad sectors to good sectors
in a reserved area on the hard drive in a
NetWare environment.
Hot Fixing
A NetWare feature that redirects faulty data blocks
from the main data storage area to a part of the disk's
storage area called the Hot Fix Redirection Area.
Hot-Pluggable
Drives
Drives that you can install or remove without using
screws or cables and without powering down
the server.
Insight
Management
Agents
Software that executes on the managed device,
