Calculating the calibration coefficient;
1. Import the so-called reference test. Open it and make a note of
this test's dough temperature at 20 minutes called "Ref. T° at
20 min.",
2. Prepare and run a test with the protocol (with the cal-
ibration coefficient at zero). At the end of the test, make a note
of this test's dough temperature at 20 minutes called "Test T°
at 20 min.",
3. Calculate the calibration coefficient to apply using the following
formula;
(Ref. T° at 20 min. and Test T° at 20 min.)
4. Having calculated the calibration coefficient, it needs to be
transferred to the Mixolab as instructed in the procedure enti-
tled
