Chapter 3 Repairs

Dismantling
1. Remove the right-hand cover (see op. 1-1) .
2. Push the hose through the opening ( A ).
3. Remove the screw of the self-induction coil and remove the
ring (
B ).
4. Disconnect the hose from the white coupling ( B ).
Be careful of water dripping from the hoses when han-
dling them over electrical components.
5. Discard the hose.
6. Connect the new hose to the white end fitting.
7. Place the ring as shown in the illustration ( B ) and fix it with the
self-induction coil's screw.
8. Push the hose through the opening ( A ).
9. Connect the quick coupling to the tank.
10. Put the right-hand cover back on (see op. 1-1) .
11. Put the tank back.
12. Prime the hydraulic circuit.
