Chapter 3 Repairs
1. Remove the tank (see op. 1-1) then empty and dry it.
2. Remove the 4 retaining screws from the tank base.
3. Disconnect the connector ( A ) from the detector.
4. Remove the triangle retaining ring ( B ) and the floater.
5. Unscrew the detector bracket from the inside using the
MIX-300/OUT tool ( C ).
6. Take the detector with its coupling washer out of the bowl,
threading the cable through the bottom of the tank.
7. Take the coupling washer out and discard it.
