Chapter 3 Repairs
1. Remove the right-hand cover (see op. 1-1) .
2. Disconnect the hose from the pump's elbow coupling ( Aa ).
The hoses must be handled with care. The water in the
hoses could damage electronic components.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the coupling ( Ab ) and
cut the cable clamping ring.
4. Unscrew the pump's four screws ( B and C ) and remove the
assembly.
5. Discard the pump.
6. Fit the new pump and fix it with the 4 screws.
7. Connect the hose and attach it with the cable clamping ring.
8. Connect the connector to the coupling.
9. Put the right-hand cover back on (see op. 1-1) .
10. Calibrate the pump (see op. 12-8) .
