6. Click the brown tab ( C ) (actual temperature of the bowl) under
the setpoint temperature to access the heating block tempera-
ture setting window.
7. In the "Password" window type 1576 .
8. The "Temperature adjustment" window appears ( D ). Enter the
value displayed by the thermometer then confirm by clicking OK.
9. Also click the brown tab (actual temperature of the dough
(probe)) above the setpoint temperature to access the dough
temperature setting window (
E ).
10. In the "Password" window type 1576 .
11. The "Dough temperature adjustment" window appears ( F ).
Enter the value displayed by the thermometer in the bowl then
confirm by clicking OK.
