Chapter 3 Repairs
1. Check on the maintenance screen that the Mixolab's setpoint
temperature for the bowl is preset to 30°C (
A ).
Then let the temperature settle for at least a quarter of an hour.
Note: Take the "full" bowl to measure the temperature of the bowl.
2. Place the full bowl into its support and lock it in place.
3. insert the thermometer fully into the opening of the full bowl ( B ).
4. Wait for 10 minutes then note down the thermometer's temper-
ature reading.
5. Compare the temperature on the thermometer with the tem-
perature measured by the Mixolab for the bowl (
C ): it should
be the same to within ±0,3°C.
Note: If the temperature is different, go to the maintenance menu
and proceed as follows.
