Chapter 3 Repairs
1. Remove the Mixolab's left and right-hand covers (see op. 1-1)
and central cover (see op. 1-2) .
2. Remove the two retaining screws on the encoded magnet ( A )
and remove the encoded magnet.
3. Remove the retaining screws of the cover bracket on the cen-
tral cover (
B ).
4. Take out the cover bracket and the cover of the central hood
by easing it downwards.
5. Unscrew the two retaining screws on the encoded magnet
detector (
C ) and remove the detector.
Fitting the new encoded magnet detector and encoded magnet
does not pose any particular problem. However, remember to
reconnect the encoded magnet detector's connector to the CPU
board.
