Chapter 3 Repairs

Dismantling
1. Remove the right-hand cover of the Mixolab (see op. 1-1) .
2. Thread the tank's hose through the opening ( A ).
3. Remove all the connectors on the CPU board. Be careful to
position each of them correctly.
4. Remove the two connectors on the power board (see op. 11-
1) .
5. Disconnect the hoses from the wired pump solenoid valve.
6. Unscrew the three support screws and remove them. Keep the
screws and washers (
B ).

Reassembly
Put back the support and screw it in with the three screws and
washers.
Reconnect the hoses as shown in the hydraulics diagram.
Put back the connectors on the power-supply board and CPU as
shown in the wiring diagram.
