Mixolab 2
Chapter 3 Repairs
1. Remove the bowl from the Mixolab.
2. Unscrew the bowl's cap screw ( A ).
3. Remove the front panel ( B ).
4. Remove the two mixing blades ( C ).
5. Remove the rear panel ( D ).
6. Extract the brackets from the front and rear faces, press the
part of the brackets that protrudes from the face (
E ) (front or
rear) to start easing out the bracket then grip the part already
showing with pliers.
7. For each face, fit the brackets by hand in their housing ( F ) (the
brackets' flange rings are mounted inside the faces); then turn
each face round and press the plates to push the flange rings
fully into their housing (
G ) (do not use a mallet).
The brackets' flange rings should protrude slightly from the
front and rear faces to avoid the mixing blades "wearing
down" these faces.
Put the bowl back in place by doing the above in reverse order. The
mixing blades have a mounting direction (left and right mixing
blade), use the foolproof devices. Check that the faces and the bowl
are mounted the right way round.
