Chapter 3 Repairs
1. Remove the Mixolab's left and right-hand covers (see op. 1-1)
and central cover (see op. 1-2) .
2. Cut the cable tie to release the cable attached to the torque
meter bracket (
A ).
3. Unscrew the retaining screw on the torque meter bracket ( B ),
remove the screw and retrieve the washer under the bracket.
4. Ease the bracket out to release the torque meter.
Fitting the torque meter bracket does not pose any particular prob-
lem.
When putting the bracket back on, it is imperative that the
height of the washer is the same as the other end of the part
(
C ), the base of the bracket must be parallel to the frame (if
necessary use a shim having the same thickness as the
washer).
