Chapter 2 Trouble-shooting
ERR 9 "Water dosing problem!"
Pump stroke end timeout when filling;
stroke end contact not reached after
15 seconds
■
Check operation of the pump on the
maintenance screen:
- Place the nozzle on the tank,
- Enter a sufficient water quantity value then
press ON
- Check whether the contact is actuated
("ON") at each rear position of the piston.
■
If the piston does not move or stops
prematurely, there is a mechanical or motor
problem: check the motor's wiring and
connections, and replace the pump If the
problem persists.
■
If the piston correctly moves both ways
and the contact is never actuated ("OFF"),
there is a problem with the contact: check
the contact's wiring and connections, and
replace the pump if the problem persists.
■
If the problem persists, replace the CPU
board.
