J5006 on the high-voltage PCB 2
connected securely?

Replace the high-voltage PCB 2. Is
the problem corrected?

Is the upper fixing cover fitted to the
fixing assembly securely?

Is the drive gear of the registration
roller or the feeding roller worn?

Is the charging wire of the separa-
tion static eliminator broken?

Are the connectors J5600, J5601,
and J5602 on the separation static
eliminating bias PCB connected
securely?

Replace the separation static elimi-
nator PCB. Is the problem
corrected?
