No good Solid Pattern shows print head
clogging by Tube crack, NG Ink Cartridge
(empty, frozen, etc.) Filter clogging, or air
in the Tube.
First of all, confirm the temperature and humidity, power (the ground,
noise) and ask how your customer has done for maintenance (Head
Cleaning, Wiper and Caps, Wiper Cleaner).
Ask when the problem starts and how frequently it occurs,
improved or not.
Confirm if the ink is enough in the Ink Cartridge.
HC = head Cleaning
CP = Check Pattern
