Looking at the Print Head from below, visually check that the Crushless Plate (7) and Cap Rubber are in 
the correct position. Adjust the front/rear position if there is a problem.   
a) The

 

ink mark (6) of the Cap Lips should not protrude from the Crushless Plate (7).
