2. Setting up GT-3 Series

Move the Carriage to where the Print Heads can be mounted. Go to the Advanced Menu and select
[Output Check].
Select the [Carriage Test] and [To Flushing Position]. The Carriage moves to the Flushing position when
you push the OK Button.

Turn OFF the printer.

Open the Front Cover with both hands until it is locked with the stopper.
4.
Put on an Anti-static Wrist Band for safety operation. Touch the metal area of the printer (e.g. covers) to
reduce the static electricity.
5.
Remove the plastic cover on the Carriage PCB. Disconnect the white cable (left) and remove the four
claws on the both edges (right).
6.
Remove the silicone tubes that are attached the screws under the Carriage PCB (left), and remove the
holes of the cover (right), and remove the plastic cover.
