2. Replacing the Solenoid Ink Return Assy
1.
Turn ON the printer.
2.
Go to the Advanced menu, and select [ Output Check ] > [ Cap Test ] > [ Cap Down ] and press the OK
Button.
Turn OFF the printer after the Caps on the Maintenance Unit are down.
<Note>
Caps move UP when you press the Return Button or Stop Button after you turn OFF the printer.
3.
Turn OFF the printer.
4.
Open the Front Cover with both hands until it is locked with the stopper.
5.
Move the Carriage to the position where the Print Heads are located over the Flushing Plate slowly by
hand.
6.
Disconnect the Connector (2).
Remove the two Bolt Sockets (3) and dismount the Solenoid Ink Return Assy (4).
7.
Mount the new Solenoid Ink Return Assy in the reverse process of step 6 above.
8.
Push the Stop Lever to release the lock and close the Front Cover UF with both hands.
