calibration curves, set the yellow racks one after the other
in numerical rack ID order from lowest to highest.
•
When several green racks are required for QC analysis, set
the green racks one after the other in numerical rack ID
order from lowest to highest.
TIP
The multi-rack feature allows simultaneous analysis on multiple units
for reagent blank, calibration, and QC. The unit number for each rack
is on the multi-rack ID label. For details on multi-rack ID, refer to 6.2.1

Slide the rack stabilizing bar forward to the rack.
WARNING
•
Secure the rack with the rack stabilizing bar. If the tray is
set when the rack stabilizing bar is loose the rack might
topple over.
•
Place the rack in the rack set tray in the direction indicated.
If you do not place the rack correctly, the rack can overturn
or cause a rack jam error. The system cannot identify the
rack type and wil pause the rack supply until you correct
the error.
•
Set the rack stabilizing bar towards the front of the rack.
