Processing Samples

4.6 Requisition for Routine and Emergency Samples

4.6.2 Enter Batch Requisitions

To perform the same tests on a number of samples, enter the requisitions in a
single batch.

Tests requisitioned for one sample will be requisitioned for all samples in the
batch. Patient information entered for a single sample in the

Demographics

tab will be requisitioned for all samples in the batch. If barcode analysis is in
use, the Sample ID entered for the first sample automatically increments by
one digit for subsequent samples.
