TIP
There is a Buffer, MID Standard, and Reference reagent bottle
dedicated to each flowcell (Cell1 and Cell2).
If there are two flowcells and one flowcell runs out of reagent,
processing continues with the flowcell that has sufficient
reagent. Processing stops on the flowcell that ran out of reagent.
It is possible to replace a bottle of ISE reagent and perform an
ISE calibration when the analyzer is in a
Measure
mode. Use the
Auto Stop switch to reset Cell 1 or Cell 2 to
Ready
status, then
calibrate Cell 1 or Cell 2.
