Fully tighten the adjustment bolt (throttle
lever side) on the throttle wire, and then
lock it with the lock nut.

1 Throttle lever
Move the throttle lever to Low side until it
contacts the cover.
Loosen the lock nut in the engine side, and
then adjust clearance of the joint part to 1.0
mm (0.039 in) with the adjustment bolt.

Start the engine, and check that the engine
rpm is 975 rpm.

Start the engine, and then fully open the
throttle lever.

Shift the throttle lever to the maximum rpm,
and adjust the engine rpm to 2,600 rpm by
the adjustment bolt.
Note:
The tachometer can be used to check the
engine rpm.
