Installation of Gear Motor (for Cooling Fan)
Caution
After the installation, check if there is no oil
leakage in each part.
Caution
See the list in "Tightening torques" (Page
3-5) .
Note that the Baroness product warranty may
not apply to defects caused by incorrect or
overtorque tightening etc.
Important
Make sure of the installing locations of the
hydraulic hoses and do not install them at the
wrong locations.
For installation, reverse the removing
procedure.
Electro-Magnetic Check Valve (Anti-
Falling)
Removal of Electro-Magnetic Check Valve
Pull up the lever and tilt the seat forward to
open the cover. (See "Removal of Seat"
(Page 7-32) .)
Follow the steps below to remove the valve
board (with the electro-magnetic check
valve).
Disconnect the bullet terminal of the
electro-magnetic check valve.
Cut the banding bands.
Remove the hydraulic pipes.

Remove the bolts and spring washers,
and then remove the valve board (with
the electro-magnetic check valve).

Follow the steps below to remove the
electro-magnetic check valve.
Remove the nipple and elbow from the
electro-magnetic check valve.
Remove the bolts and spring washers
from the valve board, and then remove
the electro-magnetic check valve.
