The CW Doppler signal can be played as an audio signal as well as appearing on the
screen.
To adjust the volume of the audio signal:

Adjusting the Doppler Mode Image
CW Doppler Sample Region
When CW Doppler mode scanning is turned on, the CW Doppler Sample Region
indicator is superimposed on the B-mode scan.
You can adjust the position of the sample region to get information from sample
volumes in various parts of the B-mode image. The system must be scanning when
you do this.
To move the CW Doppler Sample Region:

Select CW Doppler Sample Region by clicking on it or by pressing

]

Drag to the desired position (or press

to move the sample region).
Trace Overlay
Trace overlay displays a mean, peak or combination peak/mean velocity trace in the
CW Doppler image.
To turn on or to change the trace overlay:
•
Click on Trace on the right side of the screen and select the desired mode from
the drop down menu.
Gain
You can adjust the gain of the CW Doppler mode image. The view must be scanning
when you do this.
