If the Auto Search checkbox is checked, the test finds the maximum line
load at which no frames are lost, using the specified Resolution and
search mode. When Auto Search is selected the Step parameter is not
used.
Note
The Stop on no frame loss at maximum utilization and Auto
Search mechanisms cannot be enabled simultaneously.
Auto Search can run in two modes:

Binary
Performs binary search of specified line
load interval from Max to Min
Smart
Assumes higher probability of frame loss
occurring closer to Max: and performs
skewed binary search, searching higher
line loads first
The Resolution field specifies the auto search precision as a percentage of
the current line speed. A higher precision (lower percentage) increases
the test duration. The supported precisions are 0.1%, 1.0% and 10.0%.
