Chapter 3 Application Ethernet
[1] Specifies line load used by stream
Line load can be displayed as either percentage or Mbps. The stream
is inactive when Stream Line Load is set to Off.
Total line load at the bottom of the pane shows the percentage and
number of active streams. More streams cannot be activated when
the total line load is 100%. Total line load is only displayed when the
Multistream option is installed.
[2] Defines how Frame Size should change during test
The following profiles are available:
Constant
Frame Size does not
change and constant size is
specified in Start field
Random
Generator sends frames of
random sizes between
values specified at Start
and End
Stepped
Frame Size incremented by
value specified at Step
from Start to End for
interval specified at
Duration and repeated
until test stopped
Note
When Generator Mode is set to Monitor Only, all active streams
are ignored.
