4.2.6 management_cmd updatekey ask for key replacement
Symptom : after replacing VM 8770 and launching management_cmd updatekey I got :
The authenticity of host '10.151.1.30 (10.151.1.30)' can't be established.
RSA key fingerprint is 0d:bb:11:83:49:08:be:b2:8c:b0:7d:59:64:6a:6e:06.
Are you sure you want to continue connecting (yes/no)?
Diagnosis :
this message means the public key on the host does not match with the VM so you have to
update it
Solution : answer Yes to update the key
4.2.7 8770 VM not install
Symptom : after an OTBE installation the VM 8770 is not operational : no IP address not configurate
Diagnosis : the host name of 8770 begin with number as 8770machine.domain.com
Solution : Restart the installtion and change the hostname
4.2.8 Password expiration in 8770 VM
4.2.8.1 What to do
Click on OK and enter Letacla1 as password. ATTENTION the keyboard is in English (qwerty) so take care
of a and 1 characters.
The post-installation will run normally and at the first login, as usually, you must change the password of
the ice account which is by default

4.2.8.2 Other problem
If you enter another password than Letacla1, the second step of the post-installation will stop and this
message will appears:
You must enter the same password than you give previously; take care that the keyboard will be the one
chosen in the post-installation Wizard on the host.
The post-installation will run normally and at the first login, as usually, you must change the password of
the ice account which is by default

4.2.9 VM management no SSH access from Host
Symptom : when shuting down the open touch the 8770 does not stop smoothly
Diagnosis : the ssh link between ope,t touch and the 8770 is not up
Solution : on open touch launch management_cmd updatekey
More complete solution if that failed :
The following SSH test command from OT host to 8770 is not working:
ssh ice@<vmManagement IP> “set” |grep NMC_HOME
