2. iP traffic
you can also catch the iptraffic in a file by command as root

21.5 Use cases
21.5.1 ICM user call OXE user : no way to retrieve call

21.5.2 Error message "Trunk Group ID: No free Hybrid Bus Access"
Symptom: MGR error message "Trunk Group ID: No free Hybrid Bus Access" when creating the SIP trunk
group.
Diagnosis: hardware.mao file gets an incorrect value for the "PARA_MAO 5". It should be 0 instead of 1
Root cause seems the fact that there are no VHE/8082 on your system. To be solved by ACTIS team
Solution: manual modification of hardware.mao text file (plus the one present in offerID.zip)
In case of OTBE, "replay" the postinstall script:
- Uplodad these new OPS files to /tmp of OpenTouch
- Stop the OXE and 8770 virtual machines

As root execute “reset-firstsetup.sh”
- It will reboot the server and you will get the wizard in order to reconfigure all your settings. (All
management done on the VM in case of bics will also be erased)
21.5.3 Error message “No fict. Trunk ID Free”
Symptom : no SIP trunk created during installation
