Symptom : When the set is in screen save we need to display a slide show
Solution : in optional.xml file located in $CMS_HOME/DevicesDeployment/dmictouch set :

22.3.26 Slide show does not work
Symptom : ScreensaverSlideshowList does not support url with "&" When the caracter is detect there is an
error message display that the optional xml file is not parsable here is an url example

Solution: Replace & by &amp; in the URL As

22.3.27 MyIC Phone call cut after 5sec
Symptom : Call to MyIC Phone. The call is cut after 5sec
Diagnosis : Wireshark or SIP server traces to isolate the SIP scenario. That shows that MyIC Phone never
ACK the 200OK from SIP Server. The contact of the 200OK contains a FQDN not decoded by the DNS of the
MyIC Phone
Solution : The DNS has to decode the OpenTouch FQDN
22.3.28 MyIC Phone does not access to Voice Mail Local Storage
Symptom : MyIC Phone does not access to Voice Mail Local Storage
Diagnosis : in the $CMS_HOME/DevicesDeployment/dmictouch/configmac.xml the

Solution : Recreate the device
