Symptom : no way to fwd oxe user to VM with MyIC Desktop
Diagnosis :
Architecture : MyIC Desktop => Chameleon => OTS => Oxe Csta => ACAPI => Oxe mgt
Trace in Chameleon give
<resultCode>ERROR_SERVICE</resultCode>
<comment>Forward State : OTS returned status is ERROR -
IncorrectParameter = 22</comment>
OTS traces : tsa_maintenance
Option : 300 => check the cnx to Oxe
0 p -tacapi (0 r -tacapi to remove) permit to track the interraction with acapi
check mgr / installation / sync 47xx boolean
check mgr / Events Routing Discriminator => if there is no more than 8 entries and your otbe
check ops 47
Solution : with tsa_maintenance option : 6 device number to get the status of the set : Check the mevo
directory number : if vm number is absent configure it in 8770

Symptom : the Oxe phone set stay oos in MyIC Desktop
Diagnosis : ots traces : tsa_maintenance : Option : 300 => check the cnx to Oxe
option : 6 device number to get the status of the set
if nothing reload the line : option 106 2998 // option 6 + device number to load
Solution : check that the user is 4980 : Professional, restart chameleon service

Diagnosis : pc has moved behind a ADSL box
Solution : launch on PC ipconfig /release then ipconfig /renew

No way to make call from Teamwork windows
Symptom : OpenTouch user (login: U158110) call from My Teamwork not working (2) and (3).
Associated device is a MyICDesktop SIP (158210) Call can be established from MyIC (1)
OpenTouch user U158110 can receive calls from other users (and teamworks) and answer to them.
