You can only specify an edge on one channel. When an edge is specified, 
the :TRIGger:PATTern:QUALifier does not apply.

Query Syntax

:TRIGger:PATTern?

The :TRIGger:PATTern? query returns the pattern string, edge source, and 
edge.
