Calibration of Bale Diameter
On this page you can start the calibration of the
bale diameter. Do this if the completed bales are
not the correct diameter. Before you start the
calibration you must know how much the
difference is (see example).

Calibrate as follows:
NOTE:
Use the button to get help for

1. Push the button on the line “Bale
diameter”.
2. Use the or button to set the correct
offset.
3. Push to go back to the Calibration page or
to go to the Home page.

Measure the distances A, B, C and D (= horizontal and vertical distance on the two sides of the bale) and
calculate the average bale dimension: (A+B+C+D)/4. For example:
The set bale diameter = 125 cm (49 in) but it is too small:
(123 + 122 + 125 + 122)/4 = (495)/4 = 123 cm (48 in).
In this example the average bale dimension is too small by 2 cm (0.8 in). The bale offset must increase.
Push until the bale offset is + 2.00 cm (0.8 in).
