Turn the nuts (2) and (3) and bolt (1) and
adjust the distances (A), (B) and (C) to the
values shown. This tightens the two chains
of the bale chamber and the tailgate hook
spring.
NOTE:
Use A = 90 - 95 mm for the RPC 130
F. For the tailgate, and front chamber chains
use the indicator plates. When the chains
and springs have same level of tension as
the tailgate chains this is correct. Do not use
measurement B and C for a RPC 130 F.

Install the bolts and the cover of the pick-up
on the left.
12.
Do steps 4 – 7 again for the pick-up chain on
the right side.

(A) 250 – 270 mm (9.8 – 10.6 in).
(B) 33 – 38 mm (1.3 – 1.5 in).
(C) 315 – 325 mm (12.4 – 12.8 in).
13.
Turn the bolt of the chain tightener (1) of the
feed rotor chain (2) until the distance (D) is
70 mm (2.75 in).
14.
Install the pick-up covers on the left and right
side.
15.
Close the side covers on the left and right
side.
