Use t his scr een t o m anage st at ic bindings for  DHCP snooping and ARP inspect ion. St at ic bindings
ar e uniquely ident ified by t he MAC addr ess and VLAN I D. Each MAC addr ess and VLAN I D can only
be in one st at ic binding. I f you t r y t o cr eat e a st at ic binding w it h t he sam e MAC addr ess and VLAN
I D as an exist ing st at ic binding, t he new  st at ic binding r eplaces t he or iginal one. To open t his
