Transfer Function
The ProAct P-Series FL transfer function is nominally four lags and a rate limiter
(see Figure B-1 below). The first lag is an input filter is set at 0.020 seconds, with
a model-dependent slew rate limit. The second lag is set at 0.0033 seconds. The
remaining two lags are scheduled with Inertia Number as shown in the following
tables.
